Description

You will lead backend or fullstack development efforts using Java and AWS, owning technical implementation and code quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and hands-on programming for core services.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Manage and mentor team members through technical guidance.
• Apply OOPs concepts to design scalable software architectures.
• Drive backend or fullstack development efforts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java and Java 1.8.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of OOPs concepts.
• Experience in backend or fullstack development.
• Proven ability in team handling and technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
