Description

You will develop, test, and deploy a Java backend multi-threaded streaming application for the Enterprise platform, including Angular UI components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Java backend multi-threaded streaming application.
• Debug and resolve production issues for Java applications.
• Create and maintain UI components using Angular.
• Collaborate with teams to define detailed API specifications and maintain REST API standards.
• Manage Java and library upgrades within applications.

Required Skills

• 5-6+ years of Java development experience, specifically with Java 8 and Java 17.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Strong experience with multi-threading concepts.
• Experience with Kafka or Microsoft EventHub.
• Ability to articulate and design RESTful services (verbs, resource design, data modeling).
• Experience implementing REST API standards, including API Lifecycle Management, Gateway, and Versioning.
• Hands-on experience with Angular for building UI components.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud components (AKS, Cosmos DB, Key Vault).
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for code artifact deployment.
• Knowledge of Node.js, React, or Python.
