Description

You will function as the onsite consultant, leading technical delivery for enterprise retail or e-commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the onsite liaison between customer stakeholders and offshore development teams.
  • Lead architecture and design discussions, proposing technical solutions.
  • Coordinate project activities, priorities, and sprint deliverables with offshore teams.
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure delivery aligns with best practices.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and handle communications and escalations.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
  • Strong expertise in GCP, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud SQL.
  • Proven experience in API design, integration, and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience leading distributed teams in onsite-offshore delivery models.
  • Expertise in Java and J2EE.
  • Proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Familiarity with GCP services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
