Description

You will lead technical delivery and architecture for enterprise retail or e-commerce initiatives as the primary onsite liaison.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design discussions, proposing technical solutions for complex systems.
• Act as the onsite liaison between customer stakeholders and offshore development teams.
• Coordinate project activities, priorities, and sprint deliverables with distributed teams.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure delivery aligns with best practices.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and handle communications and escalations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• Strong expertise in GCP, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GKE, and Cloud SQL.
• Proven experience in API design, integration, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience leading distributed teams in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
