You will lead the technical architecture and design for rebuilding three core platforms, mentoring junior developers and communicating technical impact to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical direction and architecture for platform rebuilds.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers on implementation.
• Communicate business impact of technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive technical innovation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Java.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Multithreading and concurrency.
• Proficiency with GIT workflows.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Citrus.
• Background in Capital Markets is highly preferred.
