Description

You will design, build, and maintain full stack Java applications within an Agile SDLC.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications using Spring Boot within a services-oriented architecture.
• Design and develop APIs to support front-end functionality or partner consumption.
• Design data models for application and database persistence.
• Perform code reviews and adhere to secure coding practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering work experience.
• Proficiency with Java development technologies.
• Experience with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful service development and microservices applications.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Familiarity working in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) leveraging Agile principles.
• Proficiency with development techniques such as Unit Tests, Component Tests, and Scenario Tests.
