Description

You will own full-stack development, testing, and production support for enterprise applications in the telecommunications domain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver application code, functional test automation, unit tests, integration tests, and service virtualization.
• Design system solutions, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Configure, customize, and integrate applications while interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle 24x7 operations, critical incidents, and L2/L3 support using ITIL processes.
• Maintain monitoring and observability tools (APM, logs, alerts) to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Information Technology experience, including strong Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Batch, JSP, Hibernate), HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, Groovy, and XML.
• Database experience with MariaDB 10.3 and MSSQL.
• Operational experience with Ubuntu 20, L2/L3 support, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Practical application of XP practices including TDD and pair programming.
• Deep understanding of the IT SDLC, Agile principles, and telecommunications domain.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the telecommunications domain.
• Proven track record in global delivery environments.
