Description

Design, build, and maintain backend systems using Java and microservices architecture, owning the full development lifecycle from implementation to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop server-side applications using Java and microservices architecture.
• Build and maintain software products through collaborative, distributed team workflows.
• Apply design thinking and agile principles to create customer experiences.
• Mentor and grow junior developers within the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 4 to 16 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Hibernate and ORM frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SQL and MongoDB.
• Experience building and deploying with Jenkins and Microservices.
• Proven ability to work with cross-border, distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) design and design patterns.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems.
