Description

You will design, build, and own scalable Java microservices and distributed systems in a cloud-native environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Java microservices, owning end-to-end design for APIs, data modeling, and event flows.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Write clean, maintainable Java code and enforce engineering best practices.
• Debug and optimize performance for distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8, 11, or 17.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience deploying services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker).
• Experience leading 4–10 member engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and Hooks.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog, CloudWatch, or ELK.
