Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Spring-based microservices and solutions for large-scale products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Spring Boot solutions integrating with Data, Redis, and Kafka.
• Translate software requirements into maintainable, reusable Java libraries within existing frameworks.
• Deliver strategic improvements to large-scale products and identify system bottlenecks.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including design, development, quality, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with DevOps to assist in release automation and improve team performance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and system design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and various NoSQL databases (document, key-value, or graph).
• Proficiency with Kafka and queuing systems for event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Elasticsearch for search engine integration.
• Strong understanding of JVM limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
• Experience managing applications using Docker and orchestration layers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FinTech or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven track record of handling high customer traffic and large-scale systems.
