Description

You will design, develop, and lead the backend engineering team for scalable fintech microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Coach, train, and lead a team of developers to ensure technical excellence.
• Implement secure data handling procedures and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Deploy microservices in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Devise and implement unit and integration test strategies to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of reactive programming using Spring WebFlux or RxJava.
