Description

You will design and implement scalable Java-based systems and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Visualize entire application systems and manage interactions between components at various abstraction levels.
• Define requirements for source code and enforce consistent methodologies, standards, and vendor selection.
• Translate business objectives into technical standards that meet reliability and scalability requirements.
• Establish application design patterns and development guidelines aligned with architectural constraints.
• Integrate legacy platforms and manage application servers within clustering architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Deep understanding of Java, JEE, JDBC, and Java Collections.
• Expertise in Java design patterns, architectural patterns, and dependency injection.
• Proficiency with concurrency, threads, Java servlets, and JSP.
• Experience with frameworks including Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSF, EJB, JPA, and JAWS-RS/WS.
• Knowledge of SOA, Web Services, and clustering architectures.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic or WebSphere application servers.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, Agile, and Test Driven Development.
• Any graduate degree.
