You will develop and maintain complex financial applications for capital market and trading systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design software solutions using microservices architecture and proven patterns.
• Implement multi-threaded Java/J2EE applications and RESTful web services.
• Support market risk and front office operations for Treasury, FX, and Credit products.
• Perform performance tuning and ensure system stability on UNIX platforms.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex analytical problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Spring MVC, Struts, and AngularJS.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading and RESTful web services using Swagger.
• Hands-on experience with JMS, WebSphere MQ, or MQ Series.
• Competency in JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSLT, XPath, and XSD.
• Solid SQL knowledge with experience in MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with application servers such as Jboss, WildFly, or WebSphere.
• Proficiency in DevOps tooling including Git, Maven, Gradle, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and Microservices.
• Experience with Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and Control-M.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to .NET or other object-oriented languages.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
