Description

Design and develop technical solutions for front office compensation calculation processes and PMRA systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design application technical infrastructure, including data structures, interfaces, and testing approaches.
• Develop new software applications and deliver ongoing maintenance and enhancements for PMRA systems.
• Lead requirement gathering and issue resolution meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage system upgrades, resiliency, capacity improvements, automation, and vendor integrations.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve operational issues and leverage CI/CD platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Java.
• Proficiency in Spring, React, or Angular frameworks.
• Strong database skills, including modeling and development.
• Experience with Microservices and client-side architecture.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Experience with Appian or other workflow systems.
• Proven experience in front-to-back application design with a focus on scaling, performance, and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C# and .Net.
• Experience with Databricks, Jenkins, GitHub, DataDog, or Docker.
• Understanding of accounting principles and terminology.
