Description

Lead the full lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, from design and planning through implementation and ongoing support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, configuration, and testing of ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Develop and maintain enterprise IT architecture diagrams covering business, data, security, and technology layers.
• Design and build GUI front ends using JSF and JavaScript-based custom components.
• Automate processes and system integrations using platform workflow capabilities like Flow Designer.
• Code, test, debug, and refine software while producing program-level and user-level documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional consulting experience delivering software solutions in client environments.
• 10+ years of coding experience in Java and JavaScript.
• 10+ years of experience with Angular JS, jQuery, and jQuery UI.
• 10+ years of experience in database programming and writing queries.
• 10+ years of experience with web service technologies including SOAP and REST.
• 10+ years of experience designing applications using Eclipse and electronic document management tools.
• 4+ years of experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow instances.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow scripting using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, and Jelly.
• 4+ years of experience with ITSM, ITBM, LSD, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
