Description

You will own the development, mentoring, and release processes for Java-based microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor developers to improve capabilities in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java.
• Conduct code reviews and establish quality assurance processes.
• Participate in technical discussions and feasibility studies to identify risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in Hibernate and ORM concepts.
• Advanced understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Restful API development and integration.
• Solid experience in performance tuning and optimization of Spring Boot applications.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers in a technical capacity.
