Description

Provide Level 3 production support for enterprise Java applications, resolving complex incidents and performing root cause analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated production issues in distributed microservices environments.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.
• Debug application code, RESTful APIs, database queries, and integrations.
• Monitor application logs, performance metrics, and system health to proactively detect issues.
• Support application deployments, configuration updates, and production releases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development or production support.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience troubleshooting issues in distributed or microservices-based applications.
• Strong experience with log analysis and debugging production issues.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and command-line troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
