Knowledge of wholesale lending landscape and Collateral Management systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as Java Technology Lead responsible for designing, coding and reviewing multiple business critical modules within the application.
• Coach and mentor newer team members on techno-functional aspects of the application and provide technical guidance.
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve variety of high impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation processes.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas integrate to accomplish business goals and provide innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary and ensuring quality delivery.

Experience Required: 14+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis role with extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications. Experience in managing and implementing successful projects with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred
