Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as Java Technology Lead for the application and handle day-to-day technical responsibilities.
• Design, code and review multiple business critical modules within the application architecture.
• Coach and mentor newer team members on techno-functional aspects of the application.
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet business goals.
• Resolve variety of high impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes.
• Provide expertise in application programming and ensure application design adheres to overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas integrate to accomplish business goals and objectives.
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.

Experience Required: 14+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis role. Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications. Experience in managing and implementing successful projects. Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred
