Description

You will lead the design, coding, and review of multiple business-critical Java modules, ensuring adherence to the overall architecture blueprint. You will coach mid-level developers, allocate work, and mentor newer team members on techno-functional aspects. You will partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes. You will develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation, utilizing advanced knowledge of system flow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business-critical application modules.
• Mentor and coach mid-level developers and analysts.
• Partner with management to ensure functional integration and system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact technical problems through process evaluation.
• Define and enforce coding, testing, and implementation standards.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and Applications Development.
• Strong background in System Analysis and programming software applications.
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Proficiency with Kafka, Linux, and Tomcat.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, MS Copilot, Devin, Gemini, Claude).
• Experience with OpenShift, Autosys, Tibco EMS, IBM MQ, or CI/CD tools (Tekton, Harness).
• Knowledge of wholesale lending landscape and Collateral Management systems.
