Description

You will lead the Java technology stack for critical applications, owning system analysis, architecture design, and full-cycle application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and review business-critical modules within the application architecture.
• Coach and mentor mid-level developers and analysts on techno-functional aspects.
• Partner with management teams to ensure functional integration meets business goals.
• Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes.
• Define coding, testing, and debugging standards that adhere to the overall architecture blueprint.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive expertise in Java, System Analysis, and Application Development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in GenAI tools and integration.
• Experience managing and implementing successful software projects.
• Strong background in system programming and software analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Subject Matter Expertise in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
