Description

Lead Java development for FX trade processing platform modernization and risk platform migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate trade feed, reconciliation, and control components for the strategic risk platform.
• Modernize the FX trade processing platform and drive adoption of internal and external cloud solutions for automation testing.
• Champion best practices across the FX developer community and coach junior team members.
• Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Define standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation to ensure adherence to the architecture blueprint.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with strong core Java expertise.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Security, and OAuth.
• Experience with build tools Gradle and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• CI/CD pipeline management using Jenkins.
• Message streaming with Apache Kafka.
• Containerization with Docker.
• Thorough knowledge of clean code practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OpenShift, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with scaling frameworks like Conductor or Temporal.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies.
