Description

You will own the design, development, and release of resilient, scalable applications within the Risk Technology sub-domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of applications in the assigned sub-domain, ensuring they remain lean, self-healing, and performant.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and users to translate requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Conduct hands-on development, code reviews, and design reviews with local and global teams to maintain architectural standards.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including local compilation, deployment, unit testing, and integration testing (SIT/UAT).
• Disseminate technical knowledge and lead architectural decisions to elevate team capability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of extensive development experience in Core Java and J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Core, Spring Batch, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database design.
• Familiarity with Design Patterns, Maven, Eclipse, and build management processes.
• Experience working in top-tier investment banks, banks, or product companies.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of experience with a deep focus on coding and systems development.
• Knowledge of Threading, Collections, Synchronization, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
