Lead architectural design and technical implementation of scalable software systems in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, reliable software using object-oriented design methodologies and standard patterns.
• Apply Domain Driven Design and Microservices patterns to system architecture.
• Optimize code performance and coach team members on industry programming best practices.
• Design and implement REST APIs following all standard protocols.
• Collaborate within Agile programs and Scrum practices across distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Java programming and software architecture.
• 3+ years of experience designing REST APIs.
• Deep expertise with the Spring framework.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Strong understanding of Microservices design patterns and Domain Driven Design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL query development and data modeling patterns.
• Familiarity with UML sequence and class diagrams.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
