Define and lead the technical strategy for complex, scalable systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overarching architecture for microservices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead teams in designing, developing, and deploying microservices using RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Oversee capacity planning and implement fault-tolerant patterns to mitigate single points of failure.
• Advocate for and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including containerization and orchestration.
• Champion centralized logging, distributed tracing, and real-time monitoring solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in an architectural or technical lead role.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Deep experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Solid background in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience implementing event-driven systems and distributed transactions.
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Java-based ecosystems.
