Lead application system design, development, and programming initiatives to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-stack development and system design for complex applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on best practices.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee agile delivery cycles.
• Conduct system analysis and manage the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Java (latest versions).
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Spring Boot APIs.
• Proficiency with Hibernate, Kafka, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Snowflake for data handling.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including XP, TDD, and Pair Programming.
• Proven ability to manage CI/CD pipelines.
