Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable systems and Kafka-based data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient solutions using Confluent Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Build and deploy Kafka-based data pipelines integrated with existing systems.
• Manage and process data using AWS services.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide expertise in integration architecture and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot integration issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience as an AWS MSK, Apache Kafka, or Confluent Kafka developer.
• Deep understanding of Kafka development, streaming internals, and Kafka governance.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Direct experience with AWS technologies including ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of authorization and authentication approaches such as OAuth and SSO/SAML.
• Experience with build tools like Maven and Gradle.
• Experience with unit testing tools like JUnit and Mockito.
• Foundation in service orchestration and messaging technology.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
