Description

You will design, develop, and deploy backend services using Java and AWS, owning the full lifecycle from code to cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot, exposing and maintaining REST APIs.
• Implement and manage compute resources across AWS Lambda, ECS, and EC2.
• Orchestrate workflows and manage access control using AWS Step Functions and IAM Roles.
• Design and optimize solutions leveraging relational databases, specifically Aurora and RDS.
• Apply application architecture standards when building new features and ensuring system reliability.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot for service development.
• Strong, hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, ECS, EC2, Step Functions, and IAM.
• Expertise with relational databases, including Aurora Database and RDS.
• Experience building and consuming REST services.
• Understanding of application architecture standards.
• Familiarity with version control systems and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
