Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire engineering teams to deliver results.
• Define and implement solutions across FX Technology collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex engineering projects.
• Manage team development, including performance evaluations and hiring.
• Drive system architecture design, working with end-users to improve deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record building, replacing, and renovating systems.
• Expertise in Java and .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of System Architecture.
• Experience in Team Management.
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong systems knowledge covering software, hardware, and networks.
• Prior experience working with Sales teams.
