Description

Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using Java and Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities

• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL code for Oracle 11g environments.
• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) and Joint Application Requirements (JAR) meetings.
• Conduct design and code peer reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Design and tune SQL queries to optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, and JavaScript frameworks.
• 15+ years of experience using Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Web Services.
• 15+ years of experience supporting web applications running on Oracle 11g.
• 10+ years of experience designing and tuning SQL for performance.
• 10+ years of experience with Clear Case, Clear Quest, Application Lifecycle Management, SQL Developer, and Eclipse IDE.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions.
• Proficiency with Bitbucket, Confluence, and Jira.
