Description

You will design and build scalable backend services using Java and Python on AWS. You own the implementation of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices using Java, Python, and Spring Boot.
• Implement event-driven architectures and REST APIs.
• Manage AWS services including S3, Glue, ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and code quality using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and IntelliJ.
• Monitor system health and debug issues using Honeycomb and Splunk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and Python.
• Strong proficiency in AWS platform services (S3, Glue, ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Redshift).
• Experience with Microservices and REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with Event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and IntelliJ.
• Familiarity with Control-M for job scheduling.
• Experience monitoring with Honeycomb and Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka for event streaming.
• Knowledge of Supergraph architectures.
