Description

You will design and develop high-quality software components for a global trading platform, owning the full development lifecycle from planning to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software components using Java and Scala in latency-sensitive environments.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, product quality, and technology.
• Provide third-tier support for production issues and related technical needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality software to support global trading operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing equity products in latency-sensitive environments.
• Proficiency in Java and Linux with strong multi-threading and network programming experience.
• Deep understanding of SQL, NoSQL, messaging, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, market data, and equity market structure.
• Experience with order handling and electronic trading systems.
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Scala, C++, Solace, Kafka, Flink, Spark, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Functional Programming.
