You will own frontend performance optimization, debugging, and monitoring for browser-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance JavaScript/TypeScript code using browser APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, implement compression (gzip/brotli), and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Debug complex issues using tools like New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Sentry.
• Monitor web performance metrics and apply RUM data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate on SDK or browser agent development as needed.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in JavaScript or TypeScript development.
• Strong understanding of browser APIs, event-driven programming, and debugging tools.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Proficiency in at least one major framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with RUM tools: New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Sentry.
• Knowledge of compression techniques (gzip, brotli).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building JavaScript SDKs or browser agents.
• Knowledge of Web Workers, Service Workers, and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, PII masking, and GDPR compliance.
