Description

You will design and execute QA automation strategies for JavaScript-based web applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and refactor automated test suites from the ground up using open-source tools.
• Drive quality control within the CI/CD pipeline and manage Jenkins integration.
• Develop automated visual testing workflows using Applitools and Storybook.
• Create manual and automated test scripts based on wireframes and requirements documentation.
• Mentor junior team members through documentation, training, and technical coaching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• 3+ years of experience testing JavaScript applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience building frameworks with Playwright, Cucumber, Jest, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
• Hands-on experience with Rest Assured.
• Proficiency in automated visual testing using Applitools.
• Experience testing web components in Storybook using HTML, CSS, and Lit-html.
• Ability to configure and debug automated tests within Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong version control skills using GitHub and experience managing defects in Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing manual testing on reusable components.
