Description

You administer the Atlassian Enterprise Cloud Platform, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for SDLC processes and task tracking in a financial services environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira and Confluence across multiple global projects and teams.
• Design and implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and permission schemes.
• Manage user access, roles, and security settings to meet financial compliance standards.
• Define and maintain delivery metrics and dashboards for operational and executive visibility.
• Integrate Jira with CI/CD platforms, test automation, and governance processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Jira Administration experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification.
• Expert knowledge of Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience managing both Atlassian Cloud Platform and Data Center environments.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in Groovy, Python, or Bash scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe.
