Description

You administer and maintain the client’s Jira and Confluence environments, serving as the technical authority for these platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enforce best practices, standards, and enterprise objectives for tool usage.
• Configure Jira and Confluence to support business processes and SDLC methodologies.
• Document technical solutions and identify gaps between current and desired states.
• Manage reports, integrations with development tools, and third-party add-ons.
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos, training, and escalation support for technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
• Experience configuring and supporting third-party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in managing reports and supported reporting applications within Jira.
• Ability to configure integrations using development tools on Jira.
• Technical understanding of common networking terms and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent extensive experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams and time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience enabling enterprise-level processes using Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables with minimal guidance.
