Description

You will own the design, configuration, and maintenance of complex Jira workflows and integrations supporting Agile and DevOps practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain custom Jira workflows, fields, screens, and permissions for various projects.
• Develop advanced automation rules using Jira Automation or ScriptRunner.
• Integrate Jira with enterprise systems including Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and ServiceNow.
• Manage Jira projects, boards, and schemes for Scrum and Kanban teams.
• Lead initiatives for Jira migrations, consolidation, and system optimization.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience with Jira administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Jira Query Language (JQL) and Jira REST APIs.
• Deep experience configuring complex workflows, custom fields, and permission schemes.
• Proficiency in Confluence administration and customization.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Experience integrating Jira with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jira Automation and ScriptRunner.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL concepts.
• Expertise in user management and access controls within the Atlassian suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale Jira migrations and system consolidation.
• Strong background in DevOps practices and toolchain integration.
