Job Summary

Looking for a Senior Jira SaaS Administrator with strong experience in Jira Cloud administration, Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Atlassian Cloud, workflow automation, security, governance, and DevSecOps integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira Cloud
• Configure projects, workflows, screens, issue types, permissions, and notifications
• Manage Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM)
• Install and maintain Atlassian Marketplace apps
• Create JQL queries, dashboards, boards, and automation rules
• Integrate Jira with enterprise and third-party tools
• Manage users, groups, roles, and access
• Monitor system performance, security, and licensing
• Implement governance and best practices
• Prepare technical documentation
• Troubleshoot issues and support platform improvements

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Jira Cloud/SaaS Administration
• Jira Software & Jira Service Management (JSM)
• Jira Workflows, Schemes & Configurations
• JQL (Jira Query Language)
• Jira Permissions & Security Schemes
• Atlassian Marketplace Apps
• Agile/Scrum
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACP-620) or equivalent
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• DevOps / DevSecOps experience
