Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of LAN/WAN infrastructure, including design, implementation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, and maintain operational integrity for LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, bridges, cabling systems, and peripheral network equipment.
• Implement network operating systems and application software to ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor network operations to resolve technical issues, perform on-site repairs, and execute system backups.
• Analyze traffic loads, bandwidth utilization, and collision rates to identify trends and deficiencies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Junos and Juniper devices.
• Experience configuring Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) version 3.1 to support 802.1X protocols on Juniper switches.
• Hands-on experience with Junos Space (JSPACE) in hardware or virtual forms for staging configurations.
• Proficiency with Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies.
• Ability to lead communication system processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Active Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification or higher.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle violation background check.
• Knowledge of Windows systems and common office applications.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on US Federal Government contracts.
