Description

Build and maintain the KaaS platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability through automation and robust infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance code in Go or Python for the KaaS platform.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD with Helm for manifest specifications.
• Implement and optimize infrastructure as code using Terraform on AWS.
• Operate and tune Kafka and Confluent Cloud clusters for data streaming architecture.
• Drive DevOps best practices to enhance operational efficiency and platform reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering or enterprise integration.
• Production-level expertise with Kafka, including cluster management, partitions, schemas, and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Go or Python software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration and deployment.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, DynamoDB, IAM, and Lambda.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically ArgoCD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring team members and driving platform adoption.
• Proven track record of working in Agile development teams.
