Description

Lead the design and maintenance of large-scale real-time and batch data processing systems using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and support real-time streaming applications in production environments.
• Architect distributed systems using Java 8-17, Spring Boot, and microservices patterns.
• Manage cloud-native deployments on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust persistence with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in environment management and software development.
• Deep expertise in Apache Kafka and Apache Flink for event-driven architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8-17 and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems design.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture principles.
• Knowledge of databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Hibernate/JPA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical discussions and architecture reviews.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder communication.
