Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Android applications using Kotlin.
• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Jetpack Compose and Android Jetpack components.
• Integrate Android applications with SAP or similar enterprise backend systems.
• Implement BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), NFC, and Beacon-based functionalities.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, battery consumption, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Follow secure software development practices aligned with IEC 62443 standards.
• Manage source code using Git, GitHub, and GitFlow.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and release management.
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Proven experience delivering at least one Android application with more than 25,000 installs.
• Experience integrating Android applications with SAP or comparable enterprise backend systems.
• Strong understanding of Git, GitHub, and GitFlow.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
