Description

You will lead a development team building scalable backend systems using Kotlin and Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Architect and design scalable backend systems.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing backend systems.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Micronaut frameworks.
• Experience developing RESTful web services and APIs.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Kotlin, Java, or software engineering.
