Role Description

• Design and operate Kubernetes platforms across various environments
• Ensure high availability and performance of production systems
• Implement GitOps-based workflows and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot incidents effectively
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance service reliability

Required Skills

Kubernetes & Cloud
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GCP
• Knowledge of Kubernetes security best practices
• Exposure to hybrid cloud environments is a plus
GitOps & Automation
• Solid understanding of GitOps
• Experience with infrastructure automation
CI/CD & Deployment
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools
• Experience with Helm
• Experience with deployment strategies
Observability & Monitoring
• Proficiency in observability practices
• Experience monitoring systems and troubleshooting incidents effectively
Architecture & Development
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Java or Node.js frameworks is advantageous
Configuration Management
• Experience with Ansible or similar tools
Collaboration & Reliability
• Experience collaborating with development teams to enhance service reliability
Problem Solving
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
