Description

You will design, operate, and secure enterprise Kubernetes platforms within FedRAMP High and IL5 regulated environments. You will own platform reliability, observability, and automation to support critical infrastructure services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kubernetes platform services in FedRAMP High and IL5 environments.
• Manage observability using Prometheus and Grafana, defining SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Build automation and tooling to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain compliance and security standards, supporting audits and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with Security and Application teams to resolve platform issues and deliver capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise Kubernetes platforms in production.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and containerization.
• Experience working within highly regulated cloud environments supporting security and compliance.
