Description

You will lead 24/7 production support for server, storage, and network infrastructures, ensuring high availability and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Build, patch, test, and deploy complex systems and platforms to meet client specifications.
• Plan and implement infrastructure changes to enhance performance and reliability.
• Execute complex storage and server data backup, migration, and disaster recovery operations.
• Manage software upgrades, operating system maintenance, system licensing, and high availability setups.
• Configure security settings, manage access permissions, and document troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on large-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong Linux and Windows system administration skills.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming with Java, PowerShell, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with VMware setup and administration.
• Experience with container administration, specifically IBM ICP.
• Proven track record in core IT infrastructure engineering, including storage and backup administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to other engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with vendors and external IT personnel.
• Ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
