Description

You will build and own advanced AI/ML solutions from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions primarily using Python.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop Agentic AI systems, focusing on autonomous and goal-driven agents.
• Implement workflow orchestration utilizing LangGraph and LangChain.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms, specifically GCP/Vertex AI, and manage A2A communication patterns.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Solid understanding of core AI/Machine Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture.
• Experience working with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI Development and A2A protocol.
• Experience with GCP.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers (for Lead roles).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vertex AI.
• Exposure to LLM integrations and prompt engineering.
