Description

You will lead complex analytical projects and design reporting solutions aligned with business requirements and regulatory standards. You will own the end-to-end delivery of reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance through code testing, peer reviews, and structured documentation like BRDs and FSDs. You will advise leadership on analytical strategies and advanced data visualization while mentoring team members to drive organizational change. You will also participate in audit walkthroughs and control monitoring responses.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy reporting processes and solutions based on established procedures.
• Execute risk-mitigating activities including code testing, peer reviews, and documentation.
• Advise leadership on analytical strategies and advanced data visualization for complex needs.
• Mentor team members and partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change.
• Participate in audit walkthroughs and control monitoring responses to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling, or Statistics.
• Proficiency in SQL coding.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience with Teradata.
• Ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical rules.
• Experience developing and delivering regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical focus on risk interdependency and accuracy.
