Description

You will lead the administration and support of enterprise-grade middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployments, clustering, scaling, and performance optimization of application servers.
• Automate middleware and system administration tasks using PowerShell and Unix shell scripting.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of mission-critical applications hosted on middleware platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and security hardening across servers and middleware.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve middleware issues with minimal downtime.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Application Server Administration.
• Expertise with WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache Tomcat.
• Advanced skills in PowerShell and Unix shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience administering middleware platforms.
• Experience with AWS for middleware hosting.
• Ability to work independently in production-critical environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Ansible.
