Lead Microsoft Entra and Identity Security projects, delivering high-quality security changes from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Entra and Identity Security projects.
• Design and build highly available identity security solutions aligned with customer business processes.
• Drive the Microsoft Center of Excellence by developing and optimizing delivery competencies.
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior consultants within the team.
• Support pre-sales processes by identifying and explaining appropriate Microsoft solutions to clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Entra, Identity Security, or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Proven track record in customer IAM or related cybersecurity domains.
• Expertise in developing highly available identity and security solutions.
• Strategic planning skills and a leadership mindset.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in both German and English.
• Experience leading technical projects and managing client expectations.
